This one comes from Mr Kapiel Raj of KRS astrology who said he has seen this in many cases that unless and until mercury is within 1 degree of sun it is not combust becuase Mercury is used to taking this much of heat as it is close by Sun .

Thanks for the reply. I will not consider Mercury Combust. The reason being that Mercury always stays close to the Sun and is used to heat , only if comes in close to 1 degree to Sun then it can be said to be combust where in my chart it is 6 degrees apart.
