Pluto in !2 House in synastry

Hi everyone...I would like to hear your thoughts on this.My ex has his pluto in my 12 house..is he my karmic enemy from the past.His pluto conjunct my ascedent and My pluto square his ascedent.My mars and jupiter are in his 8 house.Any help with this.We end up on very bad terms...but i still care and think about him and things that happened 3 years ago.Thank you Sandy
