Is it possible to strengthen a certain planet to make it strongest part of the psyche?

I have a leo moon in first house. But at the same time I have my sun, mercury and uranus in aquarius. So the opposition caused by this stellium is not allowing my moon to express itself fully. Is it possible to create a balance by deliberately focusing and overcompensating on the matters related to the first house so that my leo moon gets on par with the aquarius stellium or may be even stronger??
