Lack of dedication to education

I'm a student of Mechanical engineering. I like my branch very much. I want to pursue for higher education too but my problem is that I can't dedicate myself to my studies. I feel there is a lack of motivation. I want to study but I can't. I'm not being able to make progress in my career because of that. My focus keeps going in other directions.
Please help!!!
