Which direction is best for me?

I am asking this question on behalf of my brother (younger). He is currently at the threshold. From school to college. So my question is, how he will perform in senior secondary exams and will able to get admission in reputated college. Secondly, which direction will suit him the most. And is there any chance of foreign education and settlement? Thank you.
