Please advice about career and financial stability

Hello Everyone,
Please advice about my career and financial stability. I am in USA right now living for the last 14 yrs. but still struggling when it comes to career and financial stability. I am still not able to provide own home to my family. I am doing job in architecture but also doing real estate for extra income. I am not getting much of a benefit in real estate. Please advice if I should keep continue working in real estate as it occurs additional expanses to maintain license.

Thanks for your reply.
As I told before, I am also doing job in Architecture and have plans to sit in exams to get Architect License. It needs a lot of time and effort. Do you think I should try that as I am also trying to make my future in Real estate? Which profession will be more beneficial for me in the long run?
Do you think I have chances to get professional Architect license in coming future and practice as per my chart? I have Mercury main dasha starting very soon. what do you think about that?
