PEM Ji/Hamid Ji,
I need one clarification. I have been reading up on Shadbal and Bhavbal but need some clarity on how they must be used for interpretation of dasha. In my case, sun being lord of 6th is a functional malefic and placed in 12th in D1 but it’s placed better in divisional charts. Sun shadbal is 2nd highest at 423.77 and bhavbal of 12th house is 434.67(2nd highest amongst bhavas). Sun is also a royal planet. How am I suppose to interpret this for my Surya dasha? Will sun do harm being strong or will it do good?

Since my Sun Mahadasha is a few months away,can you suggest some remedies to be performed?
On the work front, I’m witnessing that my performance has fallen in spite of putting hard efforts due to Jupiter transit. Do you see me changing jobs again? Alternatively, can you suggest some remedies
