I am recently experiencing some problems to change my job for better remuneration. I have given multiple interviews which have gone positively but I am yet to hear back on offer letters. Is there any remedies that I can follow?

Is the rise in pay and responsibility worth it ; or is it a load of work ?
Why did the previous person leave ?
Is it a permanent job and pensionable etc ?
Will you have travelling to do ?

Now you are just finishing Venus/Mercury and coming in to Ketu sub period from

How long have you been in this job and are you happy there ? I have been in this job for 14+ months and I am very happy with the people I am working with but the company is small(compared to the large IT MNC I worked with) and has not achieved their financial targets last year to give increments. One thing that is also bothering me is that my peers have moved/risen in life but i feel left behind. I am aware that everyone has different past karma but I always feel I have gotten very little returns for my efforts. I know comparing oneself to others is wrong but I wonder at what age will I be successful as time is passing me by

Also what can I expect in Sun MD(I understand that Sun is malefic for Meena lagna but its in my 12th house resulting in Vipreeth raj yoga. What problems can I expect? Somehow I am very afraid of this Dasha since my sade sati will also coincide with Surya mahadasha)

Unfortunately I don't have insight/details to answer those questions. This is large private IT MNC consulting company. People leave and join to their choosing. Do you see a possibility of me loosing the job if I join them?

The viparita Yoga is also helpful.
There is change evident in work area in this Dasa.
There is the opportunity for you to grow and the advantage of a pensionable job.
You are qualified and have all the strengths and requirements to take it on and
providing your health is sound, so I see no fear in you losing out if you make a
decision to take on the change for the better.
Life is a risk and we have to take them.
If I were you, I would take the opportunity.
Still you can see better as you are in real-time and the FINAL DECISION IS YOURS.
Also armed with the guidance and support of the divine there is no fear.
