Change of Residence and Job Abroad

Hello,
Respected astrologers, please, would you help me find out if my dear friend has chances to settle in Germany because she wants to get better job?
Now she lives in Belgrade, Serbia. I'm trying to learn Vedic Astrology, but I think I don't have enough knowledge to correctly interpret her chart.
Her details:
Date of birth: 10 April 1973
Time of birth: 22:30 (10:30 pm)
Place: Belgrade, Serbia (longitude: 20:27E latitude: 44:48N, time zone: +1.00 GMT, NO DST in Serbia in 1973)

She is a doctor (medicine) and she works in Belgrade since 15 November 2004, but she is not satisfied and now she wants to move to Germany and to work in that country.
So, will she move to Germany and get job as a doctor there? If yes, when will that happen?
And will she have help of a woman to get a job in Germany, can it be seen in her chart, either in her D-1 or D-10 chart? She sent a mail to one woman who is a recognized doctor in Germany, but she didn't get her reply so far.

And only one more question: Does she have the aspects indicating the second marriage? If yes, when could she marry?
She married on 18 May 2003 and divorced in 2009 (she cannot remember the exact date of divorce). She has two daughters from the first marriage.
She has completely combust Venus, that is clear. And since 17-18 February 2014 she is in a relationship, but she realized that man is not the right choice for her (he badly hurt her feelings in April 2016), so she wants to find a new partner.

And if not in Germany, will she ever have the chance to get a job in some other country and which country should it be?
Please, I need some guidance as I know that Germany is signified by Mars and the sign of Aries, but I don't know how to see it in the chart and which chart should be seen: D-1, D-10 or D-4 or all of them and which house is to be seen for residence abroad: 12th house in D-10 or 4th house.

Any help will be appreciated!

And when will she meet her spouse-to-be and where? I mean at the work place maybe or while travelling or in some other way?

Rising sign and its degree ?
Moon sign and nakshatra ?
What is her area of specialisation ?
Has she previously made any long or short travels ?
With this info you probably will get quick responses.

Her rising sign is Scorpio, its degree is 16 Scorpio 35' 22" (this degree is according to Jagannatha Hora), nakshatra of rising sign is Anuradha, pada 4.

Moon sign is Cancer (it is the 9th house in her D-1 chart), nakshatra: Pushya, pada 1

In her D-1 chart: Rahu is in the 2nd house, Mars and Jupiter are in the 3rd house (Jupiter is debilitated, Mars exalted), Mercury in the 4th house, Sun and Venus in the 5th house (Venus is at 27 degrees of Pisces, so exalted, but completely combust), Saturn in the 7th house, Ketu in the 8th house, Moon in the 9th house.
In her D-9 chart: Lagna is in Scorpio, so Vargottama; Sun, Venus and Ketu are in the 5th house, Jupiter in the 7th house, Mars and Mercury are in the 8th house, Saturn in the 9th house, Moon in the 10th house and Rahu in the 11th house.
In her D-10 chart: Ketu is placed in Sagittarius, in Lagna; Jupiter is in the 3rd house according to Jagannatha Hora, but according to some other software Jupiter is in the 2nd house and thus debilitated, Mars in the 3rd house, Moon in the 6th house (exalted), Sun, Venus and Saturn in 9th house and Mercury in the 12 house.
So, I think she will definitely get a job abroad and settle there, but I'm not sure if it will be Germany or some other country and when she will have the chance to move abroad, i.e. to get a job there. She has excellent knowledge of the German language.

She is currently running the specialization in general medicine (general practice), but she doesn't want to be specialist in that area, she got it from the company she currently works in. She wants to be a specialist in internal medicine.

She has made travels during her holidays, but not any business travel.

There is no difference in the castings of the natal chart.
The most malefic for this chart is Venus - Lord of 12H and is not
conducive in love matters at this time.
Advisable not to get married.
Marriage can happen with or without paper.
The planetary configuration at this period of time does not suggest much
with regard to long lasting distant travels. Possibly travels for higher education.
The present running Venus MD poses challenges.

Yes, Venus is the most malefic in her chart - it is completely combust and as you wrote, Lord of 12H. Because of this, she has had very disturbed love relationships full of conflicts and her first marriage ended in divorce - Venus is also Lord of 7H. And her Venus MD will last till October 2031. So, if not advisable to get married because of malefic Venus, does it mean that it is better for her not to get married ever or she can do it after 2031? And does she have any chance to have some stable and harmonious loving relationship and good marriage without paper before 2031, i.e. during Venus MD, is it advisable?

And do you mean the planetary configuration up to 2031, i.e. till the end of Venus MD is not auspicious for settlement abroad?

With venus as a malefic in this case - it causes disturbances, and moreso in this MD .
With a compatibility check of the couple, there could be harmony by
proceeding with optimistic caution.
After the age of 60years she might settle down better from lessons learned.
Therefore, in my opinion, dasas are irrelevant.

Please, would someone explain how to find out which country a native will move and settle in if it is obvious from his/her charts (D-1, D-4, D-9...) that he/she will move and settle abroad? Or maybe, which country a native will integrate oneself successfully in? Which country suits him/her most of all? Can an astrologer give such a piece of advice or it is predestined?

If you could give some example(s) for this, it would be very helpful.
